Abstract (EN)
With the technological developments in mass media and the widespread use of these tools, information sharing has become fast and practical. Although this speed and practicality is positive, it causes some negative situations. At the beginning of these negativities are the violations in the field of honor, dignity and private life. These violations, which occur in the print media, radio, television and internet environments, are ahead of the relevant legislation and legal regulations are shaped according to concrete events. For this reason, it is important that the legal protection offered to individuals can be used in accordance with the conditions of the day. The main purpose in the preparation of this study is to determine the situations in which honor, dignity and private life are violated and to provide information about the legal protection provided to the person in case of violation.
