Coffee in Turkish culture

In the first part of the thesis research, which is called "Coffee in Turkish Culture", coffee plant and its history, it's position in the world, its varieties, material, used to prepare coffee, Turkish firms, shops and its effects on human health are searched. In the second part of the research, other material, used in Turkish coffee tradition such as coffee cups, troy, pot, domestic and foreign coffee producing firms and some ceramic artists who mainly work on coffee as theme are included. And in the third part of the research and idiom, abaout cafe take place. The fourth part of the research is based on the common- used models in Turkish culture, but also artistic designs, whose coffee cup and plate application is made with porcelain clay as raw- material.
