Outside the Ottoman Turkish Nationalism development process effect of items; example of Russia

Worldwide experienced wars and crisis effects to development of nation and nationalism concepts as well as French revolution. Since the beginning of the 19 th century, nation is rising with the idea of the nation state and parallel, with this idea, it is seen that multinational empires enters the disintegration process not protect their assets. Here in this sense, Ottoman Empire which is multinational empires stayed face to conjuncture global repercussions and it tried to produce solutions but, as a result of recent developments, ways of solution didn't result. The ways which described as Ottomanism and Islamism, migrated from Russia to Ottoman and the ways wasreplaced by Turkish Nationalism thanks to intelligentsia who will change to current political, social, ideological ambience/ mood. But this condition, it seems to be continued Ottomanism and Islamism existence without losing the functionality, with current political and cultural ambience/ enviroment in the presence of Turkism. Stages in the historical process which Turkish nationalism had and effect and what they who Yusuf Akçura, Ismail Gaspıralı, Zeki Velidi Togan, Ahmet Agaoglu, Mehmet Emin Resulzade who effect the formation of these stages when they come from Russia to Ottoman, have done impact and contribution intellectuals were investigated. In the different time and period, it was put forward as Turkism, Turanism, pan- Turkism but, it was seen that intellactuals who we said their name, initiated Turkish current about cultural and language instead of political and territorail unity. In the first part of the thesis consists of four parts, nation, nationalism concepts with French revolution and Russia which effected formation of Turkish nationalismwere explained, in the second part, political and ideological current of Ottoman Empires were investigated, in the third part, Turkish nationalism were explained in the media are, in the fourth part, additive and affect of Yusuf Akçura, İsmail Gaspıralı, Zeki Velidi Togan, Ahmet Ağaoğlu, Mehmet Emin Resulzade for Turkish nationalism were described.
