Abstract (EN)
This study entitled "Poetic Language in Turkish Text Books (A Linguistic Examination of Poems)" aims to examine the poems in text books in terms of linguistic elements with the intent of revealing the kind of poetic language the students work with in Turkish courses. In this qualitative study, content analysis method was used and the texts in the books were studied in line with the descriptive survey model. At the end of the study, it was seen that the poems in Turkish text books varied greatly in terms of their linguistic features.
