Abstract (EN)
Children's rights gradually developed parallel to those in human rights and the starting point of this research is the following question: 'Are children of our country protected from possible risks they may face?'. This thesis will analyse how international legal regulations reflects in Turkish law, to what extent current regulations achieved their aims, goals, duties and actions of organisations and institutes specialised in children's rights.
