Abstract (EN)
The fast rising trend of globalization in the 20th century and related phenomenon of free trade continue to facilitate economic integration movements between the countries with political and technologic ties in accordance with their mutual interests.Economic integration is based on the rationale that it benefits especially developing economies in the form of relatively more trade volume and increased competitive power in relation to non-integrated economies.The aim of this research is examining industrial trade between Turkey and European Union in the period of economic integration and analyzing accelerator effect of integration period thanks to panel results. Therefore, industrial trade indicator explained European union economic integration with trade is also indicator of industrial trade of Turkey?s economic integration period.As a result of compeering industrial trade result after Custom Union of Turkey with 26 European Union countries, it can be thought that Turkey deserves trade integration like other European Union countries which came to close each other after Custom Union.
