Abstract (EN)

Turkey was a part of the nomadic equestrian culture before it came to the Anatolian lands, which it adopted as a lifestyle and where it took root with its deep past, and Anatolia, where it came based on this culture, became a transit route between Europe and Asia. While witnessing the passage of raw materials, knowledge and culture between these lands, Turkey's role as a channel in this communication network has not changed, even though the source and receiver sometimes change. With the experience brought by the history of migration, Turkey implemented an open door policy against the Syrian mass movement in 2011 and tried to suppress the migration by establishing a bond and close relationship with the Syrians, whom it describes as refugees, through religious unity, and to minimize the effects by minimizing discrimination. However, this movement, which is described as a guest, has been distributed disproportionately to the cities, although not regularly, and this intense migration movement, especially to the undeveloped cities, has put the cities in a more difficult situation in socioeconomic areas in terms of regional development. This made integration difficult. The aim of this study is to present this thesis with data and to offer suggestions. As a method, the examination of theoretical data and scientific articles has been adopted.
