Abstract (EN)

Nowadays the completion in business world is not limited to the consumer market but it extends to labor market.one of the methods that companies use to pull the talent work force to them is job advertisement. The aim of job advertisement is to provide knowledge about the qualities they need in their prospective employees and to ensure that they apply for the positions. In addition, in today's intense competitive world sell-ing and marketing became a vital activity for businesses. Businesses need qualified per-sonnel to persecute marketing and sells activities. In a global world were marketing and sells rules are becoming valid we could assume that companies need qualified sells and marketing personnel. The aim of this study is to compare the content job advertisements in the newspapers of two countries with different culture and to reveal the similarities and the differences between them. In this study the contents of job advertisement in Turkey's hurriyet newspaper and China's urumcigeçe newspaper has been analyzed. In the job advertise-ment whether the opportunities to present for respective employees are mentioned or in detailed manner and how this will impact their attitude towards the job advertisement and the intention to apply for the position will be examined.
