Abstract (EN)
Ports which constitute the most important substructure of external trade are also the places crossed with different members? profits.Turkey hasn?t assimilated the autonomous structure which is used by a great deal of the economy of advanced ports. Turkey has also denationalized its ports unconciously. But it hasn?t been known that whether the constitution of autonomous structure increases the productivity or not. In this regard, taking the ideas of personnel at maritime sector it is aimed that by determining the advantages of constituting the autonomy at official ports in Turkey, the reasons of not constituting the autonomous structure and the necessary conditions for costituting autonomus structure at official ports have been analyzed.Thus the conditions of constituting the autonomous structure in ports of Turkey have been analyzed and the essential conditions in order to constitute this structure has been searched. In addition to this, it has been evaluated whether it is appropriate for Turkey or not.
