Abstract (EN)
After the 2nd World War, there was a need for foreign labor force in Germany due to the inadequacy of the domestic labor force. While Germany needed migrant workers, Turkey signed a labor agreement with Germany in 1961 in order to reduce the existing unemployment and increase the amount of foreign currency entering the country. Migration, which started with the labor agreement, has changed over the years with political and social factors and caused differences in the labor market. In this study, the differences created by the realized migration movements in the labor market of Germany in terms of periods and the integration process of the Turkish society in Germany will be examined.
