Development of urban transformation in turkey and the problems arising from the application and the legal structure

Of all the literature scans, all collected data and analysis performed in this perspective show that the urban space and life style of people have tend to increase in Turkey.According to this perspective, the general assumptions in the work focused on Turkey-scale conversion has been accepted and the legislation is aimed to examine throughly.Urban transformation emerges to ensure socio-economic context of cities suffered depression urban spaces and it is a phenomenon that includes the public, financial institutions, lawyers, designers, engineers, academics and ultimately administrators.This study is prepared in order to guide for all individuals and organizations who seek information about urban transformation phenomenon that contains so many dynamics within the host structure at the same time.Maximization of the vote conversion phenomenon of urban transformation; is seen as a rent by pressure groups results contrary to the essence of urban transformation, it is damaged to create the history of the city next to the transformation of the physical environment and urban identity protection.A case of conversion in accordance with the principle of governance in all official and civil authorities will meet on a common denominator of the people and placed in the general validity of the accepted legal basis.
