Secondary vocational and technical education and employment in Turkey

In this study under the topic ?Secondary Vocational and Technical Education and Employment in Turkey?. We tried to underline the importance of qualified workers needed in industry , the relation between Secondary Vocational and Technical Education and Employment and the effects on it caused by internal problems of Secondary Vocational and Technical Education?s. This research contains seven main topics which are: Introduction and problems, The Basic Concept tutorial and the history of the Secondary Vocational and Technical Education, The revaluation of Secondary Vocational and Technical Education, The Secondary Vocational and Technical Education and the effects on Employment, The problems and new values for Secondary Vocational and Technical Education, Method, Conclusion and suggestions. This study is built on data acquired bye inspecting to commands of qualifying researches. Since or study?s is evaluated in terms of employment and Secondary Vocational and Technical Education as an internal subject , the data?s are acquired from the most reliable up to data researches like the Turkish society ministry of education , National planning organization the society of employment end employee . Secondary data was acquired from, scientific researches , conferences , essays an the very topics , journals , syndicates , associations, unions and regular press releases by these above mentioned. All data acquired was used accordingly to serve the topic with subjective analysis techniques. The Connections between Secondary Vocational and Technical Education and Employment are shown with the results in our study. The outcome of our defined that major problems are caused bye the lack of the development for the Secondary Vocational and Technical Education, system programs as much as the financial support for it. Another outcome was the gap that?s occurs between the needs of the employer for qualified employers and educational system to provide it as asked.
