Scaurus specimens collected from the Black Sea Region are new records for S. tristis species from Turkey, whereas S. syriacus specimens collected from Lake Meke are new records for a different region of Turkey. Pronotum structures of S. dlabolai, S. syriacus, S. tristis and antenna, head, profemur, protibia, metafemur, metatibia structures of S. tristis species were examined by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) for the first time.
