Abstract (EN)
The main aim of this study is to reveal the effects of employees' organizational climate on organizational commitment. The high commitment to the organization they work for members of the organization, It is important to investigate the factors that affect the loyalty of the members of the organization, to find the answers to the question of how to achieve and / or increase the organizational loyalties of the organizational climate by facilitating the survival of the organizations by facilitating their survival. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 423 people working in the textile sector. The data were analyzed with SPSS program. Anova, t-test correlation and regression methods were used in the study. As a result of the analyzes, a positive and statistically significant relationship was found between the organizational climate and the organizational commitment. There is no relationship between organizational climate and organizational dimension of organizational commitment. In addition, it was determined that organizational climate and organizational commitment differ partly according to demographic variables.
