Turkmenistan's China politics and strategic relations

Central Asia Countries had been struggling to gain their independence from SSCB for a long time. They were under control of SSCB untill 1991 year. In 1991, When they became independence, they immediatly started to build their own nations and states. And Turkmenistan was one of the countris which comes at the front of these countries. Turkmenistan is also the fourthest country in producing natural gas in the world. In our thesis, we are going to focus on the foreign policies of Turkmenistan with other countries and especially its relations with China. We will try to explain it before SSCB periods and after independence time together. We explained how started Turkmenistan and China relations during the SSCB and how these two countries relations come to now by devoloping without any problems. Additionaly, it will be explained on the second and third chapter of our thesis which are about Turkmenistan and China relations during two leaders period of time. And what kind of collective agreements they signed and that agreements' position from now and on. These two country' relations especially focused on Natural Resources, Cultural, Education and Turizm sectors. However, it will be explaing such as many points among Turkmenistan and China relations. As we know that Ashgabat and China are deep relationships as economical and other points and in our thesis we will be expounding some issues such as the problems of East Turkic self governed country in China and Turkmenistan's attitude in that problems as an the same nations through China. There are many projects between these two countries and one of the projects of them is Silk Road and Rail Road projects from China to Turkmenistan and Europe. This manner will be expounding in our thesis. I will also maintain to China and Central Asia political relations and the big game of China over Central Asia Countries. And Turkmenistan's attitude through China' policy. In additon to all this, the paper will explain the pipeline from Turkmenistan to China and Caspian Sea manners.
