Abstract (EN)

Arbutin is a natural active ingredient that is found in many medicinal plants. In the beginning the treatment of skin cancer, urinary tract infections, cystitis and kidney stones in the treatment of skin used in the treatment of stains that occur in adults. Natural arbutin from the leaves of the plant that can adversely affect environmental and human health toxic chemicals are used for the extraction, where the extraction time is long instead of short production time and high cost extraction methods, minimum organic solvent consumption, high efficiency, economical, environmentally friendly and viable Ultrasonic-Assisted Extraction (UAE) method has been developed. In this study, methanol concentration on extraction efficiency, the effects of parameters such as extraction time and temperature were investigated. For optimization response surface methodology (RSM) was used. For this, the effect on extraction yield experimental conditions: methanol concentration (25-75 %), solid/solvent ratio (50 mL/200 mg sample), pH:1, extraction time (15-45 min), temperature (30-60°C) was selected as the. The best possible combinations of these parameters were obtained by response surface methodology. As a result of our study; the best pH for extraction efficiency operating conditions:1, methanol concentration (%): 56,81, extraction time: 29,66 minutes, temperature: 43,370C has been identified as. The experimental conditions in this business arbutin yield % 3,10. The leaves of the PEAR arbutin component factor of this result for the extraction of Ultrasonic-Assisted Extraction (UAE) have shown that it can be an effective method.
