Abstract (EN)

People migrate individually or collectively for economic, social, political or cultural reasons. This movement across the borders of other countries, temporarily or permanently, is classified as international migration. The effects of the international mass migration movement caused by the Syrian civil war in 2011 were not limited to countries only, but also affected the European Union. That's why there is a problem of international disorder, there is no regional problem, there is an international problem. International migration, depending on its reasons and size, can cause many negative situations and problems for both immigrants and the destination country. One of these negativities is the health problems caused by refugees.. This thesis evaluates the effects of international mass migration on the social policies of the receiving countries through Turkey's health policies. In particular, the effects of the large refugee population that came to Turkey after the Syrian civil war that started in 2011 on the country's health system and policies were examined. Türkiye hosts millions of refugees with its geographical location and open-door policy. This situation has caused significant changes in the provision of health services and made it necessary to make regulations in these policy areas
