For ISUBÜ, which is the main subject of the thesis, the maximum electrical energy production was calculated with the most appropriate systems and equipment of the capacity of the university in principle in Photovoltaic power station. After the yield analysis of the panel types is revealed, it would be appropriate to arrange and integrate the monocrystalline half-cut panel, which provides the most efficiency and is suitable for the roof type SPP. The areas of the university roofs were calculated and placed via Autocad software. Sketchup software was used to visualize the placement, fit and shadow analysis. In the following stages, productions were compared over three analysis programs and panel selection, system layout and software structures were compared through three separate programs. These softwares are PVsyst, SAM and PVSOL programs respectively. It runs the lowest production data over PVSOL, while the highest production outputs via SAM. While 1.98% deviation is observed between PVsyst and SAM, 1.21% deviation is not observed between PVsyst and PVSOL.systems
