When the relationship between self-esteem and coping with stress dimensions is examined, it is seen that there is a significant relationship between low self-esteem and coping with negative stress (helpless approach and submissive approach); It has been determined that there is a significant relationship between high self-esteem and positive coping (self-confident approach, optimistic approach and seeking social support).
