Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this research; The aim of this study is to examine the effects of basketball players playing in the Intercollegiate Women's Basketball 1st league on some bio-motor characteristics and shot hit rates after eight weeks of combined training before the season. 32 female basketball players took part in the research voluntarily. The mean age of the experimental group basketball players (n=16) was 20.5±1.5 years; height 169.2 ± 6.9 cm and body weight; 65.3 ± 11.6 kg' and the mean age of the control group basketball players (n=16) was 20.1±1.8 years; height 171.81 ± 6.03 cm and body weight; It is 67.13 ± 7.4 kg. In the research, "height", "body weight", "5 m, 10 m, 15 m, 20 m and 25 meters" speed values, medicine ball throwing, standing long jump, 1 minute sit-ups and push-ups, trunk endurance against time, basketball Anaerobic power values of 6-30 seconds were determined on 25 meters V Cut (floor) speed, 2-point, 3-point shot in the basketball court, free throw and wattbike pro bike specific to the branch. The training period was scheduled for two months (8 weeks), five days a week and 2 hours a day. The training contents were applied to the participants in the research with different variations of the drills specific to the basketball branch based on the basic program by the practitioner. In the evaluation of the data, timeXgroup interaction and simple effect were evaluated in the repeated measures variance analysis (Repeated measures anova) in the SPSS (17.0) package program. As a result, according to the results of repeated measures ANOVA data analysis, when the differences in the groups before and after the intervention program were compared with each other, "5 m, 10 m, 15 m, 20 m and 25 meters" speed values, medicine ball throwing, standing long jump, 1 minute sit-ups and push-ups, trunk endurance against time, basketball specific 25 meters V Cut (floor) sprint, 2-point, 3-point shot in the basketball court, free throw and 6-30 seconds anaerobic power variable on wattbike pro bike. statistically significant. When the pre-test and post-test values of the groups were compared, the speed values of "5 m, 10 m, 15 m, 20 m and 25 meters" of the experimental group, medicine ball throwing, standing long jump, 1 minute sit-ups and push-ups, trunk endurance against time, It has been determined that there is a statistically significant difference between the measurements of 25 meters V Cut (floor) speed specific to the basketball branch, 2-point, 3-point shooting in the basketball court, free throw and 6-30 seconds anaerobic power values on the wattbike pro bike. As a result; In the light of the data obtained, it is seen that the effect of combined training modeling contributes positively.
