Manufacturing and trafficking of drugs or stimulant substances

In the first part of my thesis, the concepts of drugs and stimulants are explained, some types of drugs are examined, and the regulations on drugs and stimulants in Turkish Law are mentioned. In the second part, the international conventions signed for the purpose of combating drugs and stimulants are examined. In the third part, the elements of drug or stimulant manufacturing and trafficking crimes in the Turkish Penal Code, their qualified state, their special appearance forms and their effective state of remorse have been examined, The decisions of the Supreme Court are used, the sanction of the crimes, the procedures and the statute of limitations are mentioned. In the conclusion part, the issues that I examined in detail in my thesis study are summarized and evaluated.
