Abstract (EN)

Demand to private universities is increasing day by day. With increasing amount of private universities, anxiety to register qualified and successful students and compatation for these reasons caused to develope marketting strategies. Expectations of students who wants to study at universities, satisfaction of students at universitiy effects educational services which is subject of service marketting. Therefore, it is preferable if universities should review advertising, public relations, promotion and marketing processes. Main purpose of this study on students's satisfaction is review of effects of educational services marketing which is applied in rapidly growing private universities in our country. It is a goal to determine of educational marketing limits and relation between them. In this study the causality effects of the relationship between the limits are discussed. Also it is discussed level of students satisfaction how differantiate depends on students abilities and how they are effected. Survey data were analyzed with SPSS statistical program. In the analysis of data and information; factor and reliability analysis, frequency distributions and correlation and diversity analyzes were performed. Contemporary marketing approach to education, which is a type of service, with the right marketing strategies to ensure student satisfaction is a great importance. Customer satisfaction in marketing can be achieved with the provision of services depends on customers' needs. For this reason education services in marketing should include student satisfaction by the relevant departments of the universities.
