Abstract (EN)
Regularly and systematically carrying out internal audit activities in an institution or organization significantly increases the efficiency and effectiveness of the said institution or organization. The supervisory mechanism controls the functioning of all units within the organization and puts efficiency and effectiveness into certain standards. In this study, in order to realize the auditing activities in complex structured institutions in which it has coordinated a large number of institutions such as the Foundation Universities, mechanisms have been investigated.
