Abstract (EN)

In modern times, products are becoming more and more complex due to the increasing complexity of real-world problems. Because of this, when developing a product or service, organizations should collaborate to combine different technologies. Moreover, working with the best supplier for a company is important to develop products or services more agile, competitive, and cost-friendly. In this research, suppliers are compared considering quality, cost, maintenance, and flexibility criteria with twelve underlying sub-criteria. A combined approach of VIKOR and IF on MCDM problems is proposed and the methodology is applied to select the speech recognition supplier for a product used in the call center industry. The decision matrix is determined with intuitionistic fuzzy due to existing subjectivity and uncertainty, and the problem is solved by VIKOR to find the best alternative for the group utility. A real-life case study is conducted to demonstrate the efficiency of the combined model. Keywords: MCDM, VIKOR, Intuitionistic fuzzy, speech recognition, supplier selection
