The role of motivation in increasing productivity

The goal of this dissertation is to determine the relationship between employee?s motivation and productivity. Motivation is the inner power that pushes an individual, with a positive attitude, toward personal achievement. Motivation of the employees by utilizing several tools enables them to use the sources of the enterprise effectively and to increase their productivity. Utilization of the sources efficently ensures the success and continuity of the enterprise. In this study, the role of motivation has been researched on both employee?s and company?s productivity through case studies.
