Eine analyse von lehrwerken "Menschen A1" und "Menschen A2" im hinblick auf das interkulturelle lernen im fremdsprachenunterricht

The aim of this study is to examine the Menschen A1 and Menschen A2 books, which were prepared by Hueber publishing house according to the questions selected from the Stockholmer Criterion catalog and the criteria catalog prepared by Hermann Funk and taught in the preparatory classes of many universities, in the context of intercultural learning. Today, it is accepted that cultural transfer is of great importance as well as the four basic skills in foreign language teaching. For this reason, the prepared questions were tried to be answered as a result of a detailed examination. The books selected in the research were examined by the analysis method. As a result of the findings, it was determined that Menschen A1 and Menschen A2 textbooks contributed greatly to intercultural learning. The books reviewed have supported the transfer of culture with exercises for all four skills and provide the student with the opportunity to make comparisons with their own culture. The better the student masters the counterculture and understands the difference with his own culture, when he goes to the country where that language is spoken, he will not have difficulty in communicating in that country and will have the ability to communicate without prejudice without causing misunderstandings. As a result of the examinations, it has been seen that although the Menschen A1 and Menschen A2 books are especially focused on Germany, they also provide information about Austria and Switzerland, which are other German-speaking countries. In addition, the textbooks have been prepared in a way that will attract the attention of young adults and adults, who are the target audience, by addressing various issues that are of great importance in the transfer of culture. The Menschen A1 and Menschen A2 books, which are briefly reviewed, largely meet the selected questions for intercultural learning and enrich the student culturally.
