Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between creative leadership, intrinsic motivation and internal entrepreneurship. In this context, questionnaire application is conducted with 250 individuals who work in non-governmental organizations in the province of Gaziantep. It is observed from the results of the research that task-oriented and management-oriented leadership to have a positive and significant influence on intrinsic motivation. In addition to this, it is seen that task-oriented and management-oriented leadership have positive and meaningful influence on sub-dimensions of intrinsic motivation such as taking risks and proactivity. Moreover, it is observed that management-oriented leadership has positive and meaningful influence on autonomy which is a sub-dimension of intrinsic motivation.
