The main goal in urban life is to provide people with freedom of movement and to facilitate their Access to urban activities. Transportation solutions in the cities should take the mobility of people, not the vehicles. In Adana and whole Turkey, the pavements reserved the pedestrians in cities is designated with reference to reality to becoming unusable for all ages, gender and bodily constraints ; the both width and structural properties and the usage of various occupations and the enhanced suggestions were improved.
