The transcription and review of the war journal of Yemen Vazat - Luhye Regional Commandary: II. Book, pages 237 - 523, 01. 01. 1332 - 30. 09. 1332

War journals are one of the important sources that had been started to diarize since 1877-1878 Russian – Ottoman war. They are vital not only because they included the correspondences between quarters, but also they shed light upon the period's economic, social, and literal characther. It is a must that war journals had to be diarized neutrally because of their particularity that the latter commanders benefited from them as strategical sources. The main object of this thesis belongs to the war journal of Yemen Vazat- Luhye Regional Commandery; and it is a primary source to understand the events at the Yemen Commandery during the I. World War. The war journal of Yemen Vazat-Luhye Commandery consists of 6 books, and we translated the second book's pages of 237-523. These pages refer to the dates between 01.01.1332 and 30.09.1332. The second book's first part starts from 08.06.1331 (21st November 1915), and ends on 30.08.1332. The first part of the war journal has been another thesis's main object. Our study contains the nine-month period between 01.01.1332 (14th March 1916) and 30.09.1332. The journal that we focused on was diarized in Vazat-Luhye Regional Commandery, especially under the commandary of Galip Bey. We own Galip Bey very much since he made these war journals reach to today, and therefore, we have learnt too much about those days., We are able to study on these war journals thanks to Mehmet Kuntman, the grandchild of Galip Bey.
