Abstract (EN)
Within the framework of constitutional amendments in 2017, a new constitutional system has been established. Since the President has been at the centre of the new system, this system has been called as Presidency System. The new system has not only been inspired by parliamentary and presidency systems, but also added with some features special to "Turkish experience". One of the main features of Presidency System in Turkey is the political party membership of the President. Keywords: Constitutuion, President, Amendment, System, Power
