Application problems in creation of public area parcels in new urban areas and Çayyolu case

Urban planning and its application, even though done according to the basic planification principals, will lead to unequal distribution of public areas according to income level of domain?s citizens unless special attention is paid to improve health, education, sport facilities or infrastructure areas in regions where lower income groups live. Due to differences in infrastructure and services distributions between regions where lower and higher income groups live, planification should be done by spending the necessary effort to increase the public service area per capita in poorer areas and by establishing equality, for the benefice of society. The existing application tools being completely insufficient, they can even be used against the law. The need to improve and develop new planning tools comes up as evident as a result of the study.
