The factors which affect the director's value

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors which affect the values of education administrators who are in charge of management in educational institutions. For that reason, whether the education administrators? values related to the studied subject differ from the point of various parameters have been searched. In this study, the resources and the factual data related to the subject have been researched carefully. The work group of this study is composed of the education administrators of the education institutions in Maltepe district in İstanbul in 2011- 2012 Academic Year. In the statistical research made for the reliability of the data acquired from the survey, the internal consistency ( Croncbach Alpha coefficient ) has been calculated in SPSS program.The differences of the administrators? participated in this study have been searched in accordance with their gender ,age, branch, education level, the university they graduated, service time , the length of service in administration , the institution they work ( state- private ), assignment type ( with an exam- without an exam ) and ,if variable ,the source of administration training. In the analysis of the data in the survey, frequency and percentage calculations have been made. The opinions of the participants have been asked in 38 statements with the purpose to determine the factors which affect the values of education administrators and for testing of the researched differences in opinions, t- Test and One- Way Analysis of Variance ( ANOVA) and as a complementary Post Hoc technique , LSD Test for homogeneous groups and Games Howell Test for non homogeneous groups have been applied and the results have been evaluated. As a result of the analysis made ,the answers which the administrators gave to the questions have been commented on.Key words: Values, the values of Administrators
