Abstract (EN)
The main purpose of this study is to examine the executives' leadership styles on employees' organizational cynicism attitude. The research was conducted upon 303 employees whose 148 are male and 155 are female. The questionnaire technique was used as a data collection method. To measure the leadership style of the executives the Multifactor Leadership Scale was used. On the other hand to measure the organizational cynicism level of the employees, the Organizational Cynicism Scale was used. Under the light of the data gathered from the research, it was found out that the most seen leadership style of the executives is transformtional leadership. Organizational cynicism was seen mostly on the employees who are working at the execution, punishment and rendition departments. Additionally, it was seen that transformational leadership, sex and transactional leadership are the main antecedents of organizational cynicism due to the regression analysis made for this study Key Words : Leader, Leadership Styles, Organizational Cynicizm
