Abstract (EN)

The effort of people to understand their own existence, the process of making sense of themselves and their environment, the process of wanting to know their nature and becoming themselves are the subjects of both psychology and religious sciences. Discovering and living of the values that belong to her is a phenomenon related to existence. From the moment of birth, a person begins to learn through the experiences in which she exists in order not to become a stranger to the world she lives in. Jung's archetypes and Muhyiddin Ibnü'l-Arabî's Â'yân-ı Sâbite and even Rumi's works deals with them in depth. In addition, human beings; it is recognized by the outside world with the secret images in the inner world and learns the outside world. Jung, known for its proximity to theology in the context of studies in psychology, evaluated the common unconscious and archetype theory of analytical psychology with the Muhyiddin Ibnü'l-Arabî's Â'yân-ı Sâbite, who took the subject in a divine dimension in the Islamic world. Therefore, it is very important to consider the psychological qualities of human beings and even managerial characteristics in this context. It is possible to deal with the human spirit and the nature of the professions "in the context of what it should be" through the unique and final book, the "Qur'an". In addition, considering the perspectives of Mevlânâ Celâleddîn-i Rumi and Muhyiddin Ibnü'l-Arabî, who devoted their lives to deciphering the messages in this book and spreading the truths from Allah, will provide important information through the right channel. Each profession is important for humanity and societies. However, "management" has existed since the existence of humanity. Therefore, considering the human and managerial qualities in terms of the manifestations reflected from the creator to the human, based on the culture-based psychology movement, will bring new and important perspectives to the field. Because such a study has not been found in previous studies. This study is considered very important in terms of being a pioneer for similar studies. People have always felt the need to believe in the 'Supreme Creator', who is transcendent, and to take refuge in Her. The existence of belief systems in different geographies and different times proves this fact. In addition, people who have the need to believe in a creator also felt the need to recognize this sublimity. Because believing in a being requires explaining it. So the first thing to know is the knowledge of Allah, the creator of everything. According to the common understanding in Islamic thought, Allah can be known by his names and attributes. Looking at the Qur'an; it is seen that the Qur'an introduces Allah to people with different names and attributes and names these attributes as "al-Esmâü'l-hüsnâ" (El-esma El-husna). The compound al-Esmâü'l-husnâ is formed from the words "esmâ", which is the plural of the name, and "husnâ" meaning "beautiful", "the most beautiful", and means "the most beautiful names" to express all the names of Allah. Esmâü'l-husnâ is expressed in the Qur'an as the names that are worthy of Allah's holy presence. Esmâü'l-hüsnâ, which take place a lot in the Qur'an, are the qualities that describe and introduce the divine essence. Indeed, although the main subject of the Qur'an is people, one of the concepts and names frequently mentioned in the Qur'an is the concept of GOD. Therefore, all the subjects in the Qur'an are within a GOD-centered expression pattern. It is very important to understand, recognize and define Esmâü'l-husnâ in Islamic culture. Believers believe in the One who created them within the framework of these names and attributes. Seyr-u sülük (mystic journey or spiritual journey) forms were determined based on Esmâü'l-hüsnâ. The subjects in the works of Mevlânâ Celâleddîn-i Rûmî have always been handled within the framework of the beautiful names of Allah and evaluated within the framework of these names. Mevlânâ Celâleddîn-i Rûmî looks at life through the window of Esmâü'l-hüsnâ, as all Sufis do. In his works, sometimes the beautiful names of Allah are explained and sometimes the effects of these names on things and events are discussed. Muhyiddin Ibnü'l-Arabî, on the other hand, dealt with Esmâü'l-Hüsnâ in the context of existence levels and ranges in his works. In the thoughts of Muhyiddin Ibnü'l-Arabî, who examined these levels, names and human relations, there is a connection between God and human-world. Among the main reasons why Muhyiddin Ibnü'l-Arabî deserved the title of Şeyh-i Ekber; It can be counted that it takes into account the GOD-human connection, the heritage of humanity and thoughts, which is the basis of the Islamic creed, and reveals all these with a universal perspective. The Qur'an, on the other hand, encourages people to think about their own nafs and creation, and at the same time, prompts them to search for sciences, some of which are known today as science. In this study, it is aimed to deal with the psychological qualities of the managers in the context of the Names of Allah from the perspectives of Mevlânâ Celâleddîn-i Rûmî and Muhyiddin Ibnü'l-Arabî. In the context of the culture-based psychology movement; Based on the fact that people are manifested with the names of Allah, the reflections of Esmaü'l-hüsnâ in the form of the manifestations of Allah that "managers" should have were discussed from the perspectives of Mevlânâ Celaleddin-i Rûmî and Muhyiddin Ibnü'l-Arabî.
