Abstract (EN)
This thesis aims to examine the impact of managerial coaching behavior and corporate sustainability on supplier agility. The scope of the thesis is based on literature that explores the roles of managerial coaching and corporate sustainability, particularly in relation to agility within supply chain management. The study includes not only a theoretical literature review but also a comparison of various business models and strategies. A quantitative approach using survey methodology was chosen as the research method. Data collected from businesses operating within the supply chain were evaluated through statistical analyses. Techniques such as correlation and regression analyses were employed to examine the relationship between managerial coaching, sustainability, and supplier agility. The results demonstrate that managerial coaching behaviors and corporate sustainability practices positively influence supplier agility. It has been concluded that developing the coaching skills of their managers and adopting sustainability strategies enables businesses to gain competitive advantage by increasing supply chain agility.
