Abstract (EN)
In this study, some single plant lines selected from different cannabis (Cannabis sativa var. sativa L.) genotypes in Yozgat conditions were characterized in terms of morphological and physiological growth parameters, fiber and seed, especially yield. Cannabis populations "Narlısaray, Kavacık, Maltepe 3 and Van" and European registered "Finola, Ferimon 12, Futura 75, Fedora 17, Santhica 27 and USO 31" cannabis varieties have been found to have better properties since 2019 considering their phenological characteristics. 151 of the considered cannabis lines were used as different single plant genotypes. In the study, the parameters of flowering time, male-female plant ratio, vegetation period, plant height, stem diameter, technical stem length, biomass yield, dry stem yield, fiber rate, fiber yield, seed yield, thousand seed weight and oil rate were investigated separately. . According to the results obtained from the study, the highest fiber yield was obtained from the YFUT-15 line at 945.00 kg/da in monoic lines, followed by YFED-23 (686,80 kg/da) and YFED-15 (535.80 kg/da), respectively. da) monoic cannabis lines followed. While the highest fiber yield was obtained from the Narlısaray variety with 254,66 kg/da in male plants, YNAR-2 lines with 216.73 kg/da and YNAR-6 lines with 194,73 kg/da, respectively, were obtained in dioecious cannabis lines. While it was obtained from Narlısaray variety with 525.66 kg/da in female plants, it was followed by YNAR-6 lines with 513,00 kg/da and YKAV-2 lines with 465.60 kg/da, respectively. The data obtained from the study showed very different variations on the basis of traits, and it was seen that many lines had superior characteristics than their selected parents. This situation is compatible with the objectives of the study and selections will continue after this thesis with lines showing superior characteristics
