Abstract (EN)

This study was aimed to investigate the effect of humic-fulvic acid application on grain yield and quality in two spring wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) varieties at Sarikaya- Yozgat condutions. As plant mateial "Krasunia Odeska" and "Renan" varieties of wheat were used and, humic-fulvic acid product included 30% humic acid. The data was analysed according to randomised block design and, the differences were grouped with Duncan's multiple range test. The highest values of some investigated traits under treatments were as follow; plant height was 89 cm, spike length was 9.48 cm, seed number per spike was 48, seed weight per spike was 2.03gr, spike number per m2 was 410.67, seed yield 463 kg/da, hectoliter weight was 79.83kg, thousand seed weight was 49.8 gr, wet gluten content was 24.90, protein ratio was %12.97, sedimentation value was 29.16 ml and ash was 1.73%. The resutls showed that humıc-fulvıc acıd aplication with 200 -300 ml/da dose improved yield and quality of wheat, therefore this dose can be recommended. However, humic-fulvic acid should not be considered as fertilizers. Instead, it would be more appropriate to be evaluated as a plant nutrition product. Key words: Humik asid , fulvik asid, wheat , Protein , Triticum aestivum .L.
