Abstract (EN)

In this study, the effects of five different nitrogen (N) doses (0, 8, 12, 16 and 20 kg/da) on yield and quality in two different cannabis genotypes (Narlısaray and Futura 75) were investigated in Yozgat ecology. The study was carried out in Yozgat Bozok University, Hemp Research Institute application area in 2021. The study was carried out in randomized blocks according to the split plot design with 3 replications. Genotypes were placed in main plots and nitrogen doses were placed in subplots. In terms of the average values of the two genotypes for the parameters examined in the study, plant height was 112.3-187.9 cm, technical stem length was 94.9-150.4 cm, stem diameter was 4.96-8.69 mm, biomass yield was 851.5-2239 kg/da, dry straw yield was 305-995 kg/da, fiber rate was %23.98-28.16, fiber yield was 81.33-231 kg/da, tow rate was %71.83-76.01, tow yield was 223,3-763.3 kg/da, thousand seed weight was 17.46-17.88 g, seed yield was 64.5-121 kg/da, oil rate was %30.21-31.31 and oil yield was 19,31-37,77 kg/da. The values obtained in all parameters examined increased with the increase of nitrogen dose. For both genotypes in Yozgat conditions, 12 kg/da nitrogen fertilization for seed production, 12 kg/da nitrogen fertilization for Narlısaray genotype and 16 kg/da nitrogen fertilization for Futura 75 variety seems to be appropriate for fiber production.
