Abstract (EN)
Nowadays, reasons such as increasing high-rise reinforced concrete buildings, problems in the renewal and implementation of earthquake regulations, the lack of common language of architects and engineers cause significant difficulties especially in the construction site. The research examines the 14-storey reinforced concrete residential building, the project of which was completed before 2018 TBDY and whose construction work is still ongoing. Structural analyzes and necessary reinforced concrete calculations are carried out by using IDECAD static reinforced concrete program in order to determine the causes of construction site problems in the existing building statically. With this study, it is aimed to develop safety-economy-aesthetic optimization and positive construction site process in high-rise reinforced concrete buildings by revealing architectural project failures, structural irregularities, carrier system errors that cause construction site problems. In addition, 2007 and 2018 TBDY are compared on the subject.
