Abstract (EN)

Cucumber is one of the most produced, consumed and traded agricultural products worldwide. Due to its high water content and high nutritional values, it has a significant effect on human health. In the experiment, the effects of different doses of zinc microelement on the agronomic, physiological and biochemical content of cucumber plants were investigated. The experiment was carried out in the producer's greenhouse located in Gürbaraz hamlet of Özbek village, İdil District of Şırnak Province. Champion F1 cucumber varieties were used in the study. The research consists of two parts: Control and high temperature stress. Trial, K, K+T+Zn1, K+T+Zn2, K+T+Zn3, K+Y+Zn1, K+Y+Zn2, K+Y+Zn3, S, S+T+Zn1, S+T+Zn2, S+T+Zn3, S+Y+Zn1, S+Y+Zn2 and S+Y+Zn3. It consists of 14 different applications. Applications are subject to soil and foliar fertilizer 4 times with 10 days intervals. The study was conducted with two replications according to the randomized block trial design. In the green parts made after the applications; fresh age and dry weight, leaf chlorophyll content (SPAD), leaf temperature, fresh relative moisture content content are included. In diseased fruit samples; Fruit length, fruit diameter, fruit flesh hardness, fruit weight, EC, fruit color, fruit fresh and dry weights, pH, BRİX and total yield were determined. In addition, macro-micro element contents in fruits, enzyme analyzes in leaves and phenolic compounds in fruits were analyzed. In the findings obtained from the study, the negative deterioration caused by high temperature stress was stopped when compared to normal conditions applications. It has been determined that the amount of mineral substances and ingredients in phenolic plants in fruits under high temperature stress is increased by fertilizer enzyme.
