Abstract (EN)
The aim of study was to create awareness about time management including importance of time, time pitfalls and prevention methods, effective time management strategies both individually and institutionally. Moreoever, sociodemographic characters of family practitioners, employment properties, factors affecting time management, attitudes and behaviours regarding time management, identification of the most significant time pitfalls were also examined. As a result, it was found that attitudes and behaviours regarding time management were diffrent among family practitioners in terms of sex, seniority, duty, department, education, reading habits about time management materials. Moreover, it was found that, regarding family practitioners, the time pitfalls during working hours were usually due to directory, structure and policy of organization.
