Abstract (EN)

Time has a very important effect on people in the developing world. Individuals who aim for success act within the predetermined planning. This planning is carried out within the scope of time management. Time cannot be managed, but actions within a time frame can be managed by individuals. Time management provides positive gains to people in this direction. Re-creation is the new feelings and gains that human beings can acquire as a result of being able to heal themselves as a result of the lost vitality, energy and happiness. The main purpose of this research is; To investigate the effect of time management of tourist guides affiliated to the Tourist Guides Association (TUREB) on re-creation. A hypothesis about the related variables (time management, re-creation) was prepared and a research model was designed. Questionnaire technique was used in this study. Due to the fact that the research coincided with the pandemic period, the questionnaire was collected online (online). The questionnaires were collected between 30 July 2021 and 04 October 2021 with convenience sampling technique. The data obtained from 200 participants as a result of the survey were analyzed with statistical programs. As a result of the findings obtained from the results of the research, it was determined that time management positively affects the re-creation. It is recommended that scientists who will investigate this issue in the future should conduct research on a different sample group (tourists, agency employees, hotel employees, individuals in the tourism sector and individuals working in other sectors).
