Abstract (EN)

109 Numbered Ayıntab Şer'iye Registry contains all of year of H.1165 / M.1752 . XVIII.yy Şer'iye registry reflects to us and present Ayıntab lifestyle of the people subject to the Ottoman Empire, the relationships among the people and their problems (marriage, divorce, inheritance, complaints, manslaughter, theft), the level welfare of people, state's legal system as document. These documents were taken to be recorded by official authorities of the Ottoman Empire. therefore they are reliable, original, has the characteristics of first-hand source.There are 478 documents in the register. The tereke records are the important part of the documents. In addition, Hujjat, ilams, wedding ahits, assault and murder, custody and debt cases, and berats edict also possible to see in these documents. The economic level of the people of that period can be determined in tereke records. Marriage and divorces, inheritance sharing, fighting and complaints can be obtained by looking at the information about the social life of that period. Transcription section of the thesis had been given number for the each document. In addition, the search for a more practical way of documents, to use, sorting has been provided with page number and varak number. .In addition, the information has been given the top part of each document about topic of that document.
