Abstract (EN)

The hegemony of USA, over the states who have active role on Middle East Area after the terror attacks agains World Trade Center and Pentagon was searched in this study. When one analyzed the historical process, he or she can see that USA had been playing an effective role in the Middle East Region for a very long time. The religious, cultural, ethnic and finally economical significance of the Region has attracted the attention of the American Presidents. USA did not let Her loyal allied, especially during and after the establishment of Israel as a National State in the Region. At the same time, during the conflict and agreement circumstances between Arab States and Israel, USA played an intervener and mediator role. While there were Soviet efforts in order to find allied state duruin the Cold War Period, USA followed the way to determine her own friend and to improve relations with them. Other than the Soviet interest against the Natural Resources of the Middle East, her search for finding close friend state who will respeond to the the inquiry for spreading there would host military and economical assitance. The National Interest of Israel constructed the guide lines of American Policies over the mentioned Territory . By the end of the Cold War, USA, the single game host of the global system with single pole, was busy with the establishment the rules of the New Worl Order. After September 11, 2001, USA, tracking Al-Kaide Terror Organisation who performed the terrorist attacks, found herself in Afgan and Iraq lands. Although USA had proofs for the public opinion related to the military operation against Taliban Administration who did not deliver Usama Bin Ladin, the possible existence of the weapons for mass destruction which were never found anywhere in Iraq,would cause the occupation of Iraq by the American Forces. The 9/11 terror attacks presented the best opportunities to USA for the realisation of the intention for the establishment of hegemony in Middle East. The said democratisation of the Region, known as the "Arab Spring" created more problematic and painful results. Consequently, the Arab and Afghan Lands were occupied and thousands of innocent people died. Arab Spring, as a special case 9/11 attacks, assisted the strategic regions and energy resources to be under the hegemony of the USA forces
