In the athlete's training period they did the static balance exercises for one hour a day, three days a week during eight weeks. After 8-week training, pretest and post test measurements were compared. While pretest result for vertical jump was 37,86+3,626, post test result was 40,30+5,127. Thus, there was a significance at vertical jump because p value was less than 0,05 (p˂0,05) . While pre test result for long jump was 1, 441, 199, post test result was 1,479, 1906. Because p value is less than 0,05 (p˂0,05) it was seen a significance. As pre test for back strength was 47,88, 11,497, post test result was 50, 90 14,124. As p value is less than 0,05 (p˂0,05) it was determined that there was an important significance. Pre test result for leg strentgh was 50,25 13,498, post test result was 53,666 15,361. P value is less than 0,05(p˂0,05) so it was determined that there was an important significance. The data obtained in the research was statistirally anlyzed by using SPSS22. The statistical significance of the result was taken as(P<0, 05) As a result, it has been revealed that static balance trainings affected vertical jump, long jump, back strength and leg strength positively.
