When the analyzes were examined, it was concluded that there was a certain level of development in both sports branches as a result of the findings. However, when the pre- and post-tests were examined, it was observed that there was a positive improvement in the standing long jump and T-1000m tests in swimmers, and in scapula parameters in monofin athletes.
