Şeyh İsmail b. Muhammed el-Cedîdî el-Kürdî'nin (ö. 1389) İmam Nesefî'nin Medârikü't-Tenzîl'ine ta'likleri -Mâide'den En'âm Suresi'nin sonuna kadar (Dirase ve tahkîk) / Comments of Sheikh Ismail bin Muhammad al-Jadidi al-Kurdi (d. 1389 AH) on the interpretation of "Madarik Altanzil" of Imam al-Nasafi from Sūrat al-Māʾida to the end of Sūrat al-Anʿām (Study and investigation)

هدفت هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على أثر علمي نفيس وهو "حاشية تعليقات الشيخ إسماعيل بن محمد الجديدي الكردي (ت. 1389ه) على تفسير مدارك التنزيل للإمام النسفي (ت. 710ه)، ويتحدد نطاق الدراسة بسورة المائدة إلى نهاية سورة الأنعام ، وتأتي أهمية هذه التعليقات من أهمية تفسير النسفي الذي أصبح قرة عين الطلاب والعلماء في زمن الخلافة العثمانية، وكون هذه الحاشية من الحواشي التي لم تحقق بعد، وكذلك من مكانة المحشي حيث جمع بين معرفته بالأصول والفروع واللغة والكلام، فحاشيته على النسفي غنية بالنكات اللغوية والفوائد المنطقية، وقد ترأس التدريس في زمانه، واعتمدت هذه الدراسة على نسخة خطية يتيمة مكتوبة بيد ابن الشيخ الجديدي. كما اتبعت الدِّراسة المنهج الوصفي التَّاريخي عند التَّرجمة لكل من صاحب المتن وصاحب الحاشية، وعرض سيرتهما الذاتية والعلميَّة، ومنهج التَّحقيق والتَّعليق في النَّص المحقَّق. ومن أهمِّ ما توصَّلت إليه هذه الدِّراسة: أن المؤلف عاش في عصر الحركة العلمية عند علماء الأكراد والتي هي جزء من الحركة العلمية العامة في العراق ما بين القرنين 19و20، وقد تميزت تعليقاته على النسفي بكثرة تحرير المسائل بالقواعد النحويّة والصرفيّة والبلاغيّة والمنطقيّة، مما نمَّ عن سعة اطلاعه وتمكنه من هذه العلوم، كما اعتمد على أشهر المفسرين، مثل: البيضاوي، والنسفي، والزمخشري، وما كتب في التعليق على تفاسيرهم، وكانت سمة النقل والاقتباس ظاهرة، فليس للجديدي كثير من الاستدراكات على ما ينقله، وتجلت في حاشيته الأمانة في النقل عن سلفه من العلماء، ولهذا اعتبرت حاشية ملا إسماعيل الجديدي من أنفس حواشي علماء الكرد على تفسير النسفي، واتخذت هذه الحاشية طابعاً تعليمياً فكانت أشبه بمقرر دراسي شامل في علم تفسير القرآن. This study aimed to highlight a valuable scientific impact: "Comments by Sheikh Ismail bin Muhammad al-Jadidi al-Kurdi (d. 1389 AH) on the interpretation of "Madarik Altanzil" of Imam Al-Nasafi (d. 710( . The scope of this study is specifies by Sūrat al-Māʾida until the end of Sūrat al-Anʿām. The importance of these comments comes from the importance of Al-Nasafi's interpretation, which became the destination of students and scholars during the time of the Ottoman Caliphate, and the fact that this footnote is one of the footnotes that has not yet been achieved, as well as from the status of the commentator, as he combined his knowledge of principles, branches, language, and speech. His footnote on Al-Nasafi is rich in linguistic jokes and logical benefits. He assumed the teaching mission during his time, This study was based on a single handwritten copy written by Ibn al-Sheikh al-Jadidi. The study also followed the historical descriptive approach when translating both the author of the text and the author of the footnote, presenting their biography and scientific biography, and the method of investigation and commentary on the verified text. One of the most important findings of this study is that the author lived in the era of the scientific movement among Kurdish scholars, which is part of the general scientific movement in Iraq between the 19th and 20th centuries. His comments on Al-Nasafi were distinguished by the abundance of editing issues with grammatical, morphological, rhetorical, and logical rules, which indicated his breadth of knowledge. His knowledge and mastery of these sciences. He relied on the most famous commentators, such as: Al-Baydawi, Al-Nasafi, and Al-Zamakhshari, and what he wrote in commenting on their interpretations, and the characteristic of transmission and quotation was apparent, as Al-Jadidi did not have many corrections on what he transmitted, and his faithfulness in quoting from his predecessor scholars was evident in his footnote, and for this reason it was considered a full footnote. Ismail Al-Jadidi is one of the best annotations by Kurdish scholars on AlNasafi's interpretation.
