Abstract (EN)
Aintab Judical Record number 151, dated Hicri 1299-1301 (after Chiristy 1882-1884) has been composed of 228 pages. The documents in this register belong to Naib Hacı Halil Efendizâde Mehmet Sait Efendi and Kaimakam Bedri Efendizâde @smail Galib?s period. The judical record is composed of 337 documents which consists of trials the @slamic calender 1 Rebiü?l-evvel 1299/16 Ramazan 1301. @n this trials, giving duties for müderris and imam besides, müslim and non-müslims? tereke, heritage, charter of waqf, alimony, proxy and guardian subject are discused. This thesis consists of this trials transcription and evaluation.
