Russia, who had the opportunity to weaken the Ottoman Empire with the 18th century, began to take over the territories in the Caucasus, which were in the Black Sea's guardhouse. At the same time, Russians, as they threatened the interests and policies of the people living in these lands and belonging to the Ottoman State and the majority Muslims, were sent to exile from the Caucasus with various kinds of torture, persecutions and massacres and also emigrated. The migration of people from the Caucasus was quite a hassle. During this period of immigration, the Ottoman State opened the doors of these people who escaped from the persecution of Russia.
