Özet (EN)
As a result of the argument that "it is the mirror of the cinema society", we can say that changes and transformations in the economic, politic, social and cultural have influencied the cinema. It is possible to see the typology of workers (mass workers) who are organized and fight for good working conditions in the cinema of 1970s as well. Workers' actions and characters in many of worker films in the 70s are very similar to the workers' actions and characters of this period. For this reason, there is a parallel between social life and cinema in this period. The social problems of such as the poverty, rural-urban migration, squatting in 70's also reflected in the cinema of this period. At the same time, the worker character of this period is presented with an image that is leader, challenger, believe in collective salvation. The worker character is handled solely within the relations of production, regardless of ethnic-religious belonging. However, in 2000s it is hard to meet with directly the worker-themed films. As conveniently to features of this period, in the worker films of the 2000s, the labor process and the typology of the worker are transferred through the unemployment, ethnic-religious belonging or family problems. In the 2000s, the "mass worker" character of the '70s has been replaced by the "social worker" character. In the cinema of 2000s, there are traces of fragmentation of the labor processes of this period. The unemployment, subcontractor, flexible and precarious working which has increased in this period, has been reflected to the cinema as a social problem that workers of this period have gone through it. Hence, it is possible to observe the economic, political and social dynamics and transformations of those periods through the worker films of 1970s and 2000s.
